These Shilajit Complex pills aren't of good quality.These pills are easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach but unfortunately this product didn't deliver a boost whatsoever. The secondary active ingredient is black cumin which has a number of health benefits such as heart support, immune system support, anti-inflammatory and is rich in antioxidants. It also has Burdock extract which shares most all the same health benefits as black cumin. This product claims to support testosterone and libido but there's not really any vitamin nor mineral within this complex that would support testosterone nor libido. Now these pills do claim to have a bunch more vitamins / Minerals in which they all seem to deliver cardio vascular and anti-inflammatory benefits.Compared to other Shilajit complex supplements on the market this one doesn't offer enough of the good stuff. It only has 50mg of magnesium whereas leading brands have 250mg - 500mg. Only 70mg of Ashwagandha and it has nothing in it to support absorption such as vitamin C or iron and with it being a complex supplement an absorption aid is a must otherwise your body will simply reject/digest much of it.Overall I find this product to under deliver and to be 2 to 3 time more in cost based on similar products on the market.
