You have to use the clear silicon slider on the bottom
These look very nice. I ordered them for a display table at a funeral. Displayed writings by the person who had passed. Very meaningful. These don't look commercial but instead very nice and tasteful. In order to get the frames to stand up, you have to use the little silicone slider thing that's hiding in the wooden base.

Not just for business flyers and menus
I originally bought these to display my granddaughters 2 senior pictures. It came in a 3 pack so I quickly realized how great it was for protecting recipes while I cook. The base that the acrylic sleeve fits in is very tight so there's no chance of it falling apart. They are also balanced perfectly so it won't tip over.

Just What I was Looking For
Small and portable, easy to assemble, and sturdy. I love the option to go L or T shaped. The flexible insert keeps the sign sturdy despite its light weight. The wood part may flake a little - if you're terrified of splinters, I suggest sanding it lightly.While it's technically possible to go landscape, do so with caution. The closed "top" of the acrylic piece is slightly wider than the bottom, so putting it sideways makes one side very tight (with the flexible insert). The stands can technically work without the flexible insert, but it will tilt and likely come loose if nudged.I've researched and analyzed more than a few display holders for my business (breaking 2 frames while taking part in markets and vendor opportunities). MaxGear is a brand worth trusting. These 4x6 sign holders are a great size for displaying information, but not getting in the way of the products.

Bottom piece is too light
The bottom wood piece is too light. The sign blew over with a small breeze. If this was placed indoors, it would work.
