I’ve tried a lot of sunscreens from drugstore to luxury. I liked the Elta MD UV Clear version, but I was worried about the low SPF. I always break out (a lot around my chin and mouth) with any sort of sunscreen, and I hate the smell. This one melts into the skin like lotion, there’s no smell, and I haven’t had any acne. I do slather a lot on my face. I liked Nivea sunscreen the best due to their serum-water like texture, but again, I was worried about the SPF level. So this is a great winner for my face, and I’ll use my Nivea sunscreen lotion for my arms. The texture is not a clear, light as Nivea, (it is more like a true serum lotion/emulsion), but it’s really the best I’ve tried with the highest SPF (you’ll still feel it on your face, but not goopy like Supergoop). I like Amazon’s return policy (try it, return it for free with QR code if you don’t like it - so you don’t have to worry about the box or printer for the label).

This sunscreen moisturizer is great when you’re using liquid exfoliants and retinol serums because the SPF factor is high at 70. It’s also a very moisturizing sunscreen.In addition, the levels of the active sunscreen ingredients are at or below the safe levels set by the governing agency. So you don’t have to worry about health problems like some sunscreens pose.The only negative thing I found is that this product is not noncomedogenic so it could clog pores and cause acne. I’m using a liquid exfoliant to clear clogged pores so using a product that is not noncomedogenic might be a bad decision, for me at least.If you’re not worried about the product not being noncomedogenic, then this is a great daytime moisturizer and sunscreen.Update: I just got a pimple on the tip of my nose where I put this sunscreen and this sunscreen is the only new product I’ve introduced so I’m definitely stopping my use of this sunscreen. I’ve got a noncomedogenic sunscreen at SPF 40 that I will use. I hope everything works out for you.

Very nice moisturizer-like texture. Works really well. Don't need a ton for good coverage. Little pricey but definitely worth it.

I’ve been using LRP products for a number of years with great results. And while the Anthelios line of SPF day moisturizer is still a daily for me, I’ve added a layer of this SPF70 as a final step. I live in sunny Los Angeles and I’m white, so I know immediately if a sunscreen isn’t protecting me; I can safely say this product has significantly helped reduce my exposure. ADDED BENEFIT: The niacinamide and other antioxidants have *literally* reversed much of the preexisting sun damage from my tan happy youth (I wish I’d never done that lol); in 6 months of using this product the light brown sun spots on my temples, cheeks, and forehead have been nearly erased, and even my cosmetic dermatologist told me I have ‘glass skin’!! I also do a ton of other skincare, but this was the only change I’d made to my routine that helped resolve my photoaging problem. Use it daily and you might just be amazed.
