What truly sets this kettle apart is the temperature control. Being able to select the perfect temperature for different teas is a game-changer, and the "keep warm" function is super convenient for multiple cups. It heats up incredibly fast too, thanks to the 1500W. Plus, the included tea infuser is a nice bonus. This Ovente Teapot and Electric Kettle combination works great for loose leaf tea. I just unboxed and made my first pot today. Based on my experience I expect to enjoy many more pots of tea from this kettle.The water heated quickly, and the keep warm feature works well. Thanks to another reviewer who made it clear that you need to select a temperature, press “keep warm”, AND press the start button! I will add that I boiled the kettle first to 212F and then set to “keep warm” at 200F. It won’t set “keep warm” at 212 which makes sense.I really like the prontofill. It enabled me to fill the kettle without removing a lid. It was very easy to use, and the water went in quickly without overflowing.The kettle boils quickly and “keep warm” cycles it back to boiling periodically.I do wish that I could silence the beeping. It is bothersome since I am an early riser and don’t want to wake the household making my morning tea. I suggest the manufacturer add a silent mode in the next model. I recommend this model based on initial experience.

Not sure why you're even returned. I did return first lije new used one due to water spots on bottom and no manual. But ordered again like new used and this one perfect, even the plug plastic had not yet been cut/removed. I find it quite nice and plan to keep it. My previous one broke at handle after many years of use (caprisio). Loved that it was glass so I could see if there was any grime inside. I enjoy this one more because its glass and I can adjust temps. Also has a tea basket! Also enjoy no lid to remove or lift for filling with water

Good value for the money. Been using higher end product for many years, which still functions so my son became the recipient of that one. I decided I would like to use a clear glass product (always had a stainless steel kettle) due to aging eyes made it diffiult to tell water levels. I was tired of the lifting it up and angling the kettle, with open lid, under overhead lights to see the level. Was such a pain! I thought I'd try this lesser expensive model as money is tight. So far so good. I see many complaints about this one, so, I've spent almost 2 days total, working with it. After all that, I gotta say, it does what they say its supposed to do! The boil does not keep to the boil with the keep warm function. A lotta ppl are frustrated with this. But when I thought about it a boil is far from warm, right? Just set it on the next temp down on warm as it takes seconds to warm-up from there. Another quirk is, it seems, u must choose the temp first, then keep warm, then Start. If changing temp, unit must b first turned off. The higher end brands are not-so-picky. But this is not that... you get what u pay for here. ~2025 now and still heating water like a champ! ( knock on wood) glad I bought it! 😀I've made my peace with this unit. It's a keeper!I wanna say I've never used that insert, the tea brewer. I use this for boiling water ONLY!! I have a brew pot for brewing the tea, a French press for the coffee. I use the kettle for water ONLY so it stays clean.~

The design is modern and sleek, and it looks great on the kitchen counter. The kettle heats water very quickly, and the temperature control settings are a great feature for making different types of tea. The glass teapot with the removable infuser is also very convenient, especially for loose leaf teas. However, there’s one major issue, sometimes the kettle suddenly stops working in the middle of boiling. It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, I have to restart it manually, which can be annoying. I’m not sure if it’s a defect in my unit or a common issue, but it definitely affects the overall experience.

The media could not be loaded. I am a tea drinker and I like this product. It has the option of keep warm which keeps the tea warm for about an hour or so. To keep it warm, You need to put it on “keep warm” again after it automatically turns on and off about 3 times. I have been using it everyday and no problems with it so far.
