I am so glad I got this! I used to buy Dr. Scholls inserts for plantar fasciitis, but I was still struggling so I decided to try something different. Boy, am I glad I did. I found these to be helpful from day one. They fit perfectly in my shoes and when I put my shoes on, I could feel the insert touching my arches and I thought, "how weird" because I wasn't used to that. That's the kind of support I needed though, because that meant the product was actually holding up the arch, rather than just collapsing under the weight. It felt different but it was not like it was uncomfortable and within a few minutes I didn't notice the inserts but DID notice that I wasn't having pain. Another thing that saved me is stretching each day and writing the letters of the alphabet with my feet each day. A foot doctor recommended that to me and, combined with this product, it has been a game changer. Just sit on your bed or chair then lift your foot up and air write each letter from A to Z. Use only the foot, not the entire leg. I find it works best to exaggerate each letter. It's amazing how much that helps. Good luck!!

I had aggravated both of my feet by continuing to were old worn down memory foam sandals around the house. I stand for a living and then spent 2 days on my feet all day! My feet were killing me! I had bought a pair of these a year or so ago and didn’t really think they helped. This time I tried them and they made such an amazing difference. Thank you I am back to playing tennis again with no pain my feet feel wonderful!

These are the best insoles I have used! They allow me to walk pain free. I have spent MUCH money on many other inserts and these are the best!

These inserts are good quality. The heel cup is really good, and the padding seems perfect, not too much, nor too little. Sadly I have the same problem with them that I have with most inserts, though, the arch support does not hit where my own arch is. I’ve been using these a few days and my knees and feet are hurting a lot.There is nothing wrong with the product; it’s a good one, but it won’t fit everyone perfectly.My advice, don’t buy the 2-pack until you’re sure they are right for you.

I had gotten to the point where I had a hard time walking, just doing normal tasks throughout the day around my home - and, as I teach karate 4 days a week, I really was needing to heal my feet, not just mask the problem. After wearing these for over a month, I really would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with heel spurs and/or plantar fasciitis. So impressed with the company as well - shortly after receiving my order I received an email from them with very helpful excercises to do as well. My feet are healing! I know it will be a long process, but that's okay, because the very fact that I am not in constant pain any longer is such an awesome step in the right direction. Cannot recommend these enough!

I have had plantar in both feet for about 10 years I have had shots in my feet to help the pain but it always came back after a couple of months have had custom arthotics made at $500 each year I started searching for a better way to help my feet and I found heal that pain insoles and gave them a try and they have helped a great deal at a lot less price than what I was using and seem to do better on my feet along with stretching tips I got from heal that pain I am doing a lot better have not had to go to podiatrist in 3 years I am very happy with these insoles

Please did not work for me. I have some really bad plantar fasciitis, and these inserts just aggravated it. I sent them back.

I have had plantar faciitis pain for years. I was offered a surgical solution that had no guarantee of success. I declined. My sister recommended trying these.I have been using these inserts for years and after a period the pain is just a bad memory.They're not magic it took maybe several weeks however my pain is completely gone and has not returned. It has been many years. Maybe 10 or more. I get a pair of these full length inserts for every pair of my shoes. Worth every dollar spent. I'm on my feet everyday without pain.I don't work for this company and have not been paid for this review.Highly recommended.
