Received these 3 days ago and has made a world of difference. I have one pair in my sneakers and another pair in my dress work boots and I can already tell the difference with a substantial decrease in heel pain. I am currently using the gel and hybrid versions of the heel cups, and will move to the solid cups after 1-2 weeks. As the instructions note, this may take up to a week or more to notice the difference, and make sure you have the heel cup seated correctly against the bottom of your foot. Minor misalignment in your shoe, and it will not be as comfortable.

I've been battling Plantar Fasciitis for over 10 years. It comes and goes and can really detract from my ability to walk. I walk regularly for exercise and have had to give up my walks for months at a time with flair ups. These are a total game changer!!!!! I am now a total fan and loyal customer!!! Since using these, I have no Plantar Fasciitis flairs! The pain is gone and my feet feel "normal"!! The cups push up just before the heel of the foot. At first, this was uncomfortable; not painful. I walked through it. Now my feet feel great! I won't go for extended walking without these. The cup seems to have isolated my problem area and supported it as it needed. I bought these about 15 years ago for Plantar Fasciitis, and they eventually worked. Honestly, I don't remember how long it took but I do remember being happy with them. I've had them for about two weeks this time, and so far haven't noticed any improvement. But not giving up!

It’s very expensive and didn’t work for me

I was diagnosed with GBS nearly two years ago and as I am progressing in walking my heels have been in an increasingly agonizing pain. These are the first things to actually offer some relief. I do like that you can take them out of your shoes if you don’t wear the same ones all the time or are you transitioning between the firmness of the heel inserts. My only issue is that they don’t always stay in the same place but it’s honestly a minor issue that’s probably just due to my condition.100% I would recommend these.

Omg, talk about heel support/protection! I am a surgical assistant and I’m on my feet with minimal breaks. I have spent about $2500 on different shoes. All of them end the same...my heels are in AGONY by the end of the day. These make my $150 work shoes wearable! I can’t wait to work tomorrow and not be in pain!! I will update after a full 12 on these babies.I purchased the 3 pack and the Hybrid is my favorite so far. But I’m glad i have the other two pairs for when they begin to wear out. This will extend the life of my expensive work shoes!**update: after my 13hr shift i still felt great! My feet has virtually no pain. I woke up with no pain also. Usually after working, The next day my feet hurt so bad i have to slowly get out of bed. These are amazing.

I have been using Heel that pain products for almost a year now and just replaced my initial set. All I can say is that they have made all the difference in my chronic severe plantar fasciitis. Before getting these I could barely walk, not just in the morning but all day. I was terrified that I would never get better and be crippled the rest of my life. Now a year later of wearing these faithfully I am so grateful I found them. I slowly worked into wearing them longer and longer. Slowly my symptoms improved. I'm not 100% healed. I have some pain when I get out of bed in the mornings (it is no longer crippling) and if I spend all day on my feet I can have problems at the end of the day. That is NOTHING compared to the pain I had before. I tell anyone I know with plantar fasciitis about this project because I feel it really does help heal the root of the problem.
