Completely satisfied
I cannot say enough good things about this Apartment size refrigerator. We have the same one in our RV and liked it so much we had to have one for the boat. The temperature control seems to hold the temperature right at the right temp. I have extremely sensitive ears and I must say I can’t hear this fridge running. I am extremely happy and satisfied and totally recommend this fridge. I think the Danby was the right choice for us.

Danby Customer Service Severely Lacking
Our Danby refrigerator arrived damaged. The plastic and metal seals on the freezer door were broken. There was also a slight dent on the refrigerator door below the broken seals. Apart from the damage, the refrigerator itself seems fine. My single star is reserved for Danby customer service -- I went through the process of proving the purchase and the damage, but was told I would have to find my own appliance service to do the repairs. After calling for most of one day, I couldn't find anyone willing to do it. I was told to return it. Great! It's heavy, we had to destroy the box it came in to remove it, and I'm too old to lug a heavy refrigerator off to a FedEx station. Finally I contacted the shipper and found them to be much more supportive -- they reimbursed me to cover the damage and we'll try to repair it (with glue) as best we can by ourselves.
