The salt is not overpowering when compared with table salt. Bought it based on nutritional benefit heard from health doctors and personal research. Have been using it for cooking which gives my meal a beautiful taste and also put 1 tiny crystal on my tongue when drinking water to obtain daily mineral. This is the reason I go for light grey the coarse. Recommend it.

This was chosen after deciding to change my salt in order to increase my mineral intake.I have tried some Himalayan Pink Salt before and enjoyed the new dimension of taste it brought. So I wanted to try something for myself but ended up here...Trust is important in matters of health. Settling with this brand who has a strong 70+ years history of providing salt to the world eases my worries about the sudden Himalayan Salt craze and not knowing exactly where it has been sourced from.Adding this to my diet has been having profound results. For one, this salt is incredibly tasty! The flavours seems to help any dish and it's quite amazing how much this salt can add to a dish. My overall well being has improved from this over the past month's use of this as well.If you try this, I doubt you will be disappointed.

I love this salt, it's so good for you, its full of minerals. The grinder works perfectly and can be refilled when needed, so great value for money too.

Not sure why but this just seem to taste a whole lot better than regular salt. Apparently it is healthier too which is a bonus! I don't think I could go back to table salt after trying this, and to think I used to believe that salt was salt and it made no difference.
