Hadn't used this brand before but from reading positive reviews I felt it worth a try. I have been taking these for about two weeks and have noticed a minor laxative effect. It hasn't caused any other issues for me and as yet not seen the effectiveness of the other benefits or improved my sleep. I was impressed with the list of ingredients and it is advertised as a food supplement, however felt at full price they are a bit pricey and for that reason I gave it a four star rating. The packaging on the back that the capsules are manufactured in a facility and lists the allergens. The quality of the capsules are good, the size is easy to take and you get 60 in a resealable bag which is a months supply.

Didn’t use these long enough to see any benefits so not sure if they work as they should. However, the one capsule I took dropped me out of ketosis and messed with my gut health. Also acted as a minor laxative. My gut is normally healthy and normal. I also had the same with Glutosamine Sulphate (alternative brand).

After a lot of research, I bit the bullet and tried these. Absolutely no difference was observed after a complete month's dose. I have a feeling the effectiveness is highly diminished if taken orally. These are expensive, so ignore this and try them yourself or save your money and move on.

Had an issue with Rotator cuff injury that had healed to an extent but wasn't fully recovered.. some pain with restriction on movement. Been taking these for 3 months and only realized a couple of weeks back that I have no symptoms with the shoulder any more.. was it BCP 157? Won't know for sure, but circumstances do point towards it being effective.. wife has the same issue so just started her on it.. we'll see
