Supplements are hard to quantify, because everyone responds differently, yeah? But, according to my wife, taking these has made me neither smarter nor less… shoot, what’s the word… umm… forgetful. However, they have not caused any noticeable harm either. They don’t unsettle my stomach and I don’t smell weird(er). So, for me, it’s a 3-star product: I don’t see it helped, I don’t see it hurt. If I come down with a case of geniosity while taking these, I’ll update.

I got these for a friend who was diagnosed with ADD later in life. I take about a million herbs and vitamins each day, some of which are in this blend including Omega-3s, B-complex, vitamin D, rhodiola, and lion's mane. My friend has never tried taking any supplements and I was hoping he would benefit from this particular blend, as he is a brilliant person but focusing can be a challenge for him. He has been taking them for a few weeks and says he has not noticed a difference. I'm hoping that with longer term use he will have some perceptible benefits. This brand The Feel Good Co. does not seem to be fly-by-night, and has an online presence which at least suggests they are committed to making quality products.

I was only able to take these once, and my husband too. These supplements had a nasty fish oil taste and would make us burp a lot. Nasty! I was really disappointed because I was excited to try these.

I’m always interested in supplements that can help my performance whether it be physically or mentally. As I get older brain health and the ability to stay sharp is important so I thought I’d try this supplement. So far I can’t say I feel much different but everyone will feel supplements differently. On paper the ingredients are good and should positively affect your brain and body. The serving is two capsules which are on the larger side but still easy for me to swallow. Two months' supply at this price seems reasonable.
