The Wiggles Camera

I paid £12.99 for this and am surprised at just how cheap and basic it is. Where is says "realistic sounds" I'm not sure what sounds that refers to as, the 'lens' and 'focus' do indeed make realistic sounds, but it's the realistic sound of cheap plastic clacking round. the 'shutter button' makes hardly a noise at all and sticks a lot.I paid £7 for a toy camera for my nephew on a different site, it had been reduced from £10. It did have the pictures on the 'screen' that ts one does but the £10 camera had a proper 'click' sound with the shutter button, a voice saying 'cheese' and you could actually see through the viewfinder. I didn't go back to the site or one for my daughter because I thought at £12.99 the camera would have some redeeming qualities and the 'realistic' sounds would be just that.Maybe I have been spoiled in that I found a great buy with the previous one and now just expect too much for my money.I can't return it now as my daughter is somewhat entertained by it, although for all she can do with it, I could have spent a lot less for the same function.Very disappointed in this purchase.

Bought this for my 2 year old Grandsons birthday, just as an extra as he is mad about taking photos. Didn't impress me really and I think he felt the same. Doesn't do much so a little boring.

Toddler (2 year old) was bored with it after a few minutes and says "its rubbish mummy!" and uses an old camera of mine instead! I think this is because he cannot see through it! Silly idea to make a camera the child cannot see through for any child over 1 year as this is a reason they want to play with cameras! Not a value for money product im afraid!

This camera is cheap, but a lovely toy, great fun for a 3 year old kid! Would recommend if you don't want to spend a fortune...

£13 for a a weird scraping noise. Total waste of money. Looks cheaply made. And does nothing. Luckily my son is 2 and doesn't notice how rubbish it really is

Our two year old boy loves this camera. The turnable lens and function dial have satisfying clicks.I would like it better if you could see through the viewfinder, but he doesn't seem to mind!'Shutter release' button is quite stiff, but possible to operate with a small thumb.

Good fun camera.
