Installed on an Ender 5 pro after the Bltouch smashed into a print and bent its probe pin. The creality cr touch installed easily and plugged into the 4.2.7 board with no issues. re calibrated using klipper and everything seems to be working well with regards to probe distance and auto bed leveling.I wish the ender 5 X gantry bracket was designed better to hold the hotend and cr touch. It is not easy to screw in the M4 screws that hold everything in place, especially the one behind the cr touch.

The CR touch works fine (albeit with my limited use so far), but this isn't reason enough to give this productb5 stars imo. The technology isn't new, creality didn't invent it (I do appreciate the probe being in metal instead of plastic like the BL touch, because... heated bed...).But the reason I'm giving thisb5 stars is Creality's decision to include several well thought out mounting brackets in the kit... Don't roll your eyes and stop reading yet... listen to my experience.I used this product on an Ender 3 V2 at the same time that I purchased a X Axis linear rail kit (also from Creality). I did not; however, order the V2 mounting plate. I ordered the Creality Sprite extruder plate (even though I don't own this extruder yet, I just wanted to keep that option open for the future (I really like that extruder it will be mine one day). None of this is noteworthy so far, everything mounted fine with the V2 bracket included.But then I decided that I needed a 2nd print cooling fan and instead of designing one myself... Thingyverse... maybe you can see where this is going. After sone creative thinking I got the new shroud together with 2 new fans (3 actually) and tried to mount it... printhead is now to large *wide... paused and pondered, a small tie strap and a screw later mounted... too low, below the nozzle, reconfigured, mounted fine.. right CR Touch hole is gone and bracket width will not allow room for mounting (the touch).Mounting tape as temporary measure til I can print a new bracket... hits X axis limit switch.Then U look in the box and there are 2 brackets that will likely work. 1 would require taking off the printhead and another will work fine and will actually work not only as intended but upside down (because for some reason the probe is now too high). Both in metal at that. Good job Creality, 5 Stars, highly recommended.
