Cooper Frying Pan 9.5-Inch Non Sick Ceramic Infused Titanium Steel

This is the very best pan I've ever owned! It does everything the commercial claims. i started out with crepes worked great,,,then made some buck wheat pancakes and wowed my hubby when i was able to flip them fancy like ... then i scrambled eggs and then an over easy egg NOTHING stick….. ok so i tossed in some milk and chocolate chips a pineapple cup of fruit some milk and flour and made a desert that i haven’t even named yet but it didn’t stick It's been washed many times, with no special washing instructions to follow, and it's still good as new! I love it so much I bought one for each for my kids,Overall satisfied with this purchase! A MAGIC PAN, I Love it.

Pan worked perfectly for the first month. After that the nonstick quality is completely gone . Everything sticks and burns . I would buy a different brand as this one did not deliver.

washed with warm soapy water only. never put in dishwasher. cooked with nylon utensils only. surface developed pitted spot where coating had fallen off.

It does scratch , and the fish I COOKED IN IT STUCK IN THE PAN SO NOTHING WAS TRUE I SENT THE OTHER PAN OF 12 INCHES BACK BUT STAYED WITH THIS ONE BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER PAN AT THE MOMENT.

Excellent have used a few times in the oven. I do cook with olive oil and had no problem with food sticking and easy cleanup.

Love the pan. Works great, but use butter/oil for flavor. Good idea to break it in before first use with a fairly hot pan, and peanut oil. Then put in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes or so. Take it out and wipe it down. Absolutely do not put hot pan under water for washing. Let it cool first before cleaning and don't forget to clean the back and bottom of the pan. Like I said, we really like this pan and it is perfect for flip toss cooking. Oh yea, the handle gets pretty hot so use an oven mitt. Fairly thick metal, we were surprised.

After 1 month the coating starts coming off. I have onlu used medium heat. I have never scratched it. It has only been cleaned in warm soapy water. I have followed every direction to the letter. I have never put it in water while hot. Despite everything, the cooking surface is getting tacky and sticky. I tried to save a few dollars with this brand but it's not a good deal. Don't get this one. I am returning this thanks to Amazon's return policy.
