It feels like you have bought this atta from a mountain village...such an authentic taste...worth the money...

It can be used for making vegetable Parathas, puri, and cakes also.with it, it had an authentic flavour. I remember in my childhood my parents used to buy fresh dry multi grains and get it grounded from nearby grinding mill. It gives the same authentic taste and flavour when I bought this, for healthy eating also it's really good. I wish I could get it always fresh like this. Kids also loved the freshness of the grains. The softness of the Chappatis itself says that multigrain are equally added in it. I wanted to taste single grain, only wheat atta also from Earthen story so that authentic sarbatti wheat flour aroma can be expected from it. Will try again soon. If there is different grain atta available in Earthen story, wish to buy separately all and mix it and try out also. If it can be reached to any part of world, it would be wonderful. This is a perfect blend of a multi grains. This can be used for veg and non veg Parathas. It can be mixed with leafy vegetables and make Parathas. It's give all the nutritional value in it. Carbs and vitamins together. All fibres are also added in it as it's a Multigrain. It storage depend upon how the weather in different states. In humid climate it has to be stored in dry and cool place. It has to be consumed within a limited time. Or buying a small packet will be enough as it has self seeling packaged. It's really good and I wish it continues to sell it all like this for ever. It is my first time but there will be many more people who wish to know about the product. Hopefully everyone who buys it will be satisfied by its flavour and it goodness. Its not only for the people who are wheat lovers but for for all those who choose to be healthy food lover. It's good to have it from early age and avoid getting diabetes. It's good but a little bit costly!

We had ordered two packets of this aata. One packet was fine but the other packet had presence of maggots and spider web like substance inside and the contents were foul smelling.p⁹99

If ordinary atta gives you reflux, acidity and heartburn, give this a try. I had avoided chapathi for a long time for the above reasons. With this atta I find it tolerable twice a week. A colleague also tried who was having same issues and got the same results. It is more expensive than ordinary atta and you cannot pick it up from a store. Making chapathi is bit difficult with this atta as it tends to break up easily. We used 2-3 spoons of curd in the dough which resolved this issue

Great taste…the portion of other grains apart from wheat is more in this flour compared to other brands. The rotis tend to become little hard though if not eaten right after being made. Otherwise best healthy atta!

As i receive the pack , i was impressed by Packaging. Very neatWhen i opened the packet, We can make out from smell that it’s freshHardly any effort required to knead it. I knead the dough just before making chapati, don’t knead and keep it for 15-20min irrespective of that chapati are very soft and taste yummy with GheeI just loved itActually i love bhakri and it’s really hell lot of effort to make bhakriBut this flour is just fulfilling my wish by giving me bhakri taste and no additional effort in rolling chapatiI don’t think i will go back to wheat flour.

I was never aware of the science behind ground flour. The different ways it is done and the benefits behind stone grinding. That said, Earthen Stories have brought back the real flour to its organic form than what big industries have made out of it. The multigrain flour has so much nutrients and no additives, bleach or preservatives. I ordered it for my parents and this is what they wanted as a step towards healthy living. Initially, they had some issues digesting it as they are not used to multigrain as compared to just wheat flour, but eventually they liked the taste so much that we have decided to stick to this for a very long time. Must try!
