I have definitely felt a different since starting taking this. Great quality and easy to swallow.

Well the main reason I bought this is that it comes with K2 and uses organic coconut oil. But after trying I am surprised how easy it is to swallow compared to other capsules out there.

They are easy to take. II don't know the effects of them yet but I am assuming that they are doing their job lol I feel good so I guess that's a good thing.

I think this is a very good quality combination vitamin D3 and K2. The bottle is much too large for the amount of capsules, but I'm not deducting a star for that. One gelcap will deliver 1,000 IU of D3 and 125 mcg of K2. I normally take at least 10,000 IU of D3 and more than 125 mcg of K2 but these are good for when I want less of each. Nonetheless, D3 and K2 are an excellent combination, the gelcaps are very easy to swallow and D3 is a superb anti-viral.

First of all the ad is wrong stating 100iu of vitamin D3, there is 1000iu. And the K2 is 120mcg which seems to be the standard in most supplements . Again, it all about what YOUR body needs. Is 1000iu of Vitamin D3 enough for you ? I take 5000iu a day, so I prefer not to add a whole lot more and this formula is good for me. Other brands will have more D3 or less K2 , so do your reading. This product claims the coconut oil helps with absorption and binding and that makes sense to me. The price is good too. I definitely recommend a K2 / D3 product in your daily regimen to steer the calcium into the bones and teeth and away from the heart . This one works for me .

My wife is 72 years old, and after her doctor did an extensive blood work test, he said she was showing a deficiency. She takes them daily and will update after her next blood work tests if they are successful in bring her levels up. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no bad aftertaste, and the price is a lot cheaper than the ones he sells in his office. I like that it is a fresh stock with an expiration of 04/2024, and this is a 4 month supply, at a great price.
