GreenPan Valencia Pro Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 11" Everyday Frying Pan Skillet with 2 Handles and Lid, PFAS-Free, Induction, Dishwasher Safe, Oven Safe, Gray

I needed a mid-size pan which I could use on the stove top then move to the broiler for browning. This 11" pan works perfectly. I find this works well with most European recipes, as they tend to cater to smaller portions. The handles and the lid do get hot so you have to use oven mitts when handling them. I only use wooden or silicone utensils while cooking. I hand wash the pan and lid. Both are easy to clean when cooled down. I do have a glass top stove so don't know how difficult cleaning would be if you have a gas stove. The price was also a plus as some of the other brands are more expensive and only offer a larger size. Not what I was looking for. Excellent quality pan.

This pan is fantastic. I use it everyday. I did a split chicken in it with lemon and spices. Nothing sticks and it wipes out perfectly.

After a lot of research, I selected this model to fill a variety of needs: no long handle for easy storage, glass lid, and big enough to cook a big meal. I already knew from friends that this Valencia Pro collection was very good quality to make cleaning easy.The only drawback is the recommendation not to use extra virgin olive oil to prevent a gummy buildup.I’ve had this everyday pan for over a month and am delighted to report that it meets almost all of my cooking needs so I can declutter most of my older pots and pans. In case you’re wondering, I did have to use a deep saucepan once to make soup. I love sautéing vegetables and making omelets in this pan. All the yummy pieces slide easily onto the serving dish. Cleanup is a cinch compared to my stainless steel cookware.

This is one of several GreenPans that I have. I love them all. Cook beautifully, with out food sticking, like my other Stainless pans. I wash them my hand, so don't know how they would hold up in a dishwasher, but that is not a concern of mine. Very happy with my GreenPans

This is a really nice pan. Good size, nice depth, lightweight, works fine with induction cooktops, nice even heat distribution and easy clean up. The only thing is that the handles slowly heat up as you cook. They don’t get burning-hot, but it’s best to use a pot holder to be safe. It’s too bad, otherwise this pan is ideal. I still plan to use it, but with precaution.

Love this pan! It is so versatile, I can fry,saute,simmer there is no limit. I am especially happy with the double handles. As a senior, it is easy to grasp, that is important to me. I like the nonstick finish so easy to clean. I highly recommend this pan.

Love this pan. I got it from Amazon warehouse deal. It’s new in box. A teeny tiny flaw in finish that doesn’t effect it’s usability or cooking performance. Heats evenly, doesn’t stick (America’s test kitchen recommended this pan over Caraway), cleans incredibly easily. Highly recommend. And don’t hesitate to get one from warehouse deals either.

Nothing sticks to this pan. Cleanup is super easy. Best sauté pan I’ve ever owned.
