Installed all of my new cartridges and all of them work except the yellow 225Y. Contacted Amazon to see about replacing just the one cartridge since all of the others seemed to be working. Spend 15 minutes via online chat and went through 2 different agents and was finally told they would have to contact Value Toner in order to see about replacement. What a waste of my money. Now I not only have a defective or empty yellow cartridge, I cannot return it and in the meantime my printer won't work unless all colors are full so i'm still out the yellow cartridge.UPDATE 6/6/ Value Toner reached out to me and offered a full refund for the bad toner cartridge which I received. Thank you! I would definitely give them another try. Great customer service!

I've been using Valuetoner replacement toner carts for my Brother MFC-9130CW since 2018 and have never experienced one issue or defect. They produce print color quality very close to the expensive official Brother carts and also last a very long time. I've tried other brands or replacement carts a couple times and they just didn't live up to Valuetoner carts. They came well packed and installed into my printer without issue. I printed off around 20 color flyers on glossy paper and all looked perfect. I'm confident these new toner carts from Valuetoner will give me the same reliable printing quality & performance I've been accustomed to enjoying for the past couple years.

I bought these toner cartridges for my brother MFC-9130CW printer after reading a good number of reviews and seeing consistent 4-5 star ratings. After installation and the first day of printing, I can say they are basically the same quality as the OEM product from brother, which costs $270. The image is the test page I printed after two other documents, immediately after installation. So far so good.One minor note is that the picture print quality is slightly less than the original brother cartridges, at least for the first set of pictures I tried to print (not something I do often with this printer anyways). Perhaps this will improve after I print more pictures and the cartridges get settled. I will update this review if things change, but so far I'm pretty happy to spend $30 on these vs $270 on the brother product.

I got this early because I plan ahead and it's too late to return it now that I did need it. I tried to use the magenta and when I put it in my Brother printer it made a noise when I tried to print and left streaks on my cards I was trying to print. I will never buy again.

I installed this toner today and I'm very pleased with it after printing about 25 different test patterns. My printer still had some OEM toner left in the cartridges, so I did a test print with Brother OEM vs Valuetoner. I mainly wanted to verify that I would have any of the issues that were reported in some of the negative reviews. You can see from my attached photo that the colors are near identical. The Valuetoner print is the one on the right. I will definitely report back if I have any negative issues with this toner.

Even after cleaning the corona wire with many gentle swipes, shaking the cartridges back and forth, tapping on the cartridges, and printing multiple times, the final result is still poor. There are distinct fine white lines that appears in solid colors. These are horizontal lines, not vertical lines, which points to the toner cartridges themselves. If there was an issue with the drum or the roller blade it would result in vertical lines. And when I had genuine Brother toner cartridges I didn't see these lines. That said, it's not horrible and you might not notice them when printing color documents, but you will see them when printing images. I guess the old addage is true: 'you get what you pay for'. So if you're just printing mostly documents, these will get you by. But if you're printing anything with images, stick to the genuine manufacturer cartridges.

The gear on the Toner Cartridge seems to be frozen or shut. My printer made a loud and grinding noise when I changed to this printer cartridge. I switched back to the old and the grinding went away. Tried calling customer service and Tech Support was on hold for about 10 minutes and then an automated VM told me to leave a message. I am hoping that they will fix my printer as I beleive the gears got shredded off. Follow-up, called again, waited again but got a friendly customer service person and they replaced the toner for free. We have 24 month warranty. Bad luck maybe but would give them another chance.

I ordered this toner for my Brother home printer. For the value, the quality is amazing! It's so much more cost efficient to purchase this toner instead of the OEM toner, and it lasts a really long time! I am not a super heavy printer, but I do typically print one or two things a day in my home office, and this toner keeps up with my demands no problem, and the cartridges often last me longer than a year. I have used this type of toner in an office setting as well and have tested them heavily against the name brands in an effort to find the best products for the price for my company to help them save money. These stand toe to toe with any of the generics and are pretty comparable to the OEM for a fraction of the price. Good buy!

A picture is worth a thousand words - see for youself. The cartridge is of so poor quality it draws lines on otherwise homogenious intensities as you can see. It does not go away on black and white pictures either - it remains just as bad with one of the worst streakings I have seen in any OED cartridges.Avoid at any costs. The high rating is just a manufactured ghosted number intended to lure you to buy this rubbish.

Product arrived quickly. It is working well so far.

It took over 2 weeks from time of order to receiving product. Would have preferred earlier delivery. Otherwise great product.
