It helps a lot!
I can finally walk with my heel spurs. Are use these as my house slippers since we don’t wear “outside shoes” inside the house. Such a relief putting these on first thing in the morning and first thing after work. And I’ve noticed that the pain is definitely relieved even without wearing these. Some healing must be happening I don’t know. I also bought the heel supports from this company and I could not wear my shoes without them. Thank you so much for a great product!

A great tool to have in the war against heel pain
I spent over two months off work on disability because my heel pain was so severe! This company in General knows what they are talking about and all their products are great. These along with the blue heel seats they offer were a great work/home combo that got me back to work . They are not a cure. But they will help get your pain under control to get a normal life back.

I wanted to love them, but couldn’t.
I really wanted to love these. I have the heel seats for my tennis shoes which I love, and so thought these would be awesome, but they are hard as a rock and quite painful to walk in. I wore them around the house for several hours and I had to throw in the towel. They may be great for others, as there is definitely fascia support, but I just can’t handle them.

This is my second pair!
Love these for my flat feet and plantar fasciitis. . These are the only flip flops I can wear for any length of time. It is money well spent. Buy these. You won’t regret it!

These sandals are great for plantar fasciitis, been using these for over 8 years haven't had any recurring issues with plantar fasciitis but I keep using these to prevent any future foot pain.

I was disappointed in how hard the heel was
I was disappointed in how hard the heel was. I expected it to be soft. Did not help with my heel pain. I returned them.

They really do heel the foot pain.
I am using the Heel That Pain inserts and the flip flops. They keep my foot pain away for most of the day. They have been a life saver!
