It Works.
I ordered JointFlex Pain Relieving Cream as an alternative to shots and pills. Not to toot my own horn I used to lift weights on a world class level and I have scares and replaced joints and bad back on and on. I use this and other things in a cocktail once in the morning and sometimes it night. For me it works, It will not cure anything for me but it stops the pain. And for me that’s enough. I just can’t believe the Drs. don’t know that the rub works. But not one ever told me to try the rub. The shots are 6 thousand (plus) dollars each time. PS. I'd give Joint Flex 10 stars if they'd allow me. I've been using this product for over 5 years (probably closer to 7 or 8) and I faithfully apply it to the sacro portion of my back, ankles, hips and knees. I suffer from arthritis and believe in this product so much that I buy it by the dozens. I also believe it's therapeutic in nature and therefore needs to be used for a good week or 10 days before the true effects will be felt. Do yourself a favor and try Joint Flex.

To use as needed isn't effective
Doesn't really do anything except offend my chihuahua's nose (he sleeps with me). I have read the reviews and it seems as if it is intended be used over time and then improvement in discomfort is noticed in time. Like I want to keep using this 2 x day? Nope, I want something I can use when I need it, even if only marginal improvement is what I'll get. My arthritis pain is mostly in my hands and nt typically bad enough to warrant using this 2 x day (or more often).

a good pain reliever
having some injury to my left thumb, I was looking for something that would relieve the pain and saw this item reviewed in an ad in the newspaper, and decided to try it. It's no miracle but it does help relieving the ache for a while -
