I thought I'd try a cheaper alternative, but it was no alternative at all. The cheap alternative leaked air, meaning it was noisy and didn't do its job. This is the genuine article! If you find a substitute that's cheaper and works as well, let me know. But for now, I'm sticking with the ResMed AirFit P10.

Out of all the mask types—full face, cushions, and nasal—the nose pillows work best for me. Full face masks irritate my contact dermatitis and need higher pressure, cushion masks tend to leak a lot, and nasal masks also aggravate my skin. Nose pillows, on the other hand, are more comfortable because they need less pressure, touch less of my face (so I don’t break out), and are smaller and less intrusive.

Needed a new frame while waiting to see a new sleep doctor that was booked out. Good quality with no leaks.

Product is same that you would get from physical CPAP supply stores. However, the description did say explicitly that "headgear not included" so I ordered the adjustable strap separately, and when I received this - it came with the strap.

I tried some off-brand replacements and nothing has worked better than the original ResMed unit. I highly suggest avoiding the other brands and going with the original.The others felt flimsy and had leaks that lead to air noise.
