La Choy Bean Sprouts 14 oz (Pack of 6)

I have been using bean Loy green sprouts for 30 years. And all of a sudden the grocery stores and even Walmart stopped carrying them. I mean I looked everywhere and finallyI thought well let’s see if it’s on Amazonand lo and behold, there they were!I ordered six cans.I am so happy with them they’re perfect.And I know where to go when I need them again. I’ll wait till after Christmas. I think my mailman doesn’t like me anymore because of Amazon 🎁🎁. Lol

am going to make Egg Fo Yung and need this for the recipe ingredients to be added, this item so hard to find but Amazon saved the day again!

Only problem was with shipping. Packing arrived empty!

Great price for this name brand product. Have a difficult time finding the product in the stores.

Since bean sprouts seem to wilt and get mushy the second I purchase them, I decided to try the canned version from La Choy and it's definitely a good self stable option.The sprouts are not as crunchy as the fresh ones, but they have a nice texture and are perfect for salads and stir fry.There is a slight bitter flavor, rinsing the bean sprouts helps getting rid of it. They're not too salty, the flavor is mild, not the best quality but still enjoyable.The nutritional label on the product received is different from the product picture.There's no tab to self open the can, you need a can opener.I like that ingredients are kept to a minimum (water, salt, some not so offending preservatives).

I use this for an old family recipe. Looked everywhere for this in local stores & this brand isn't available-some new unpronounceable & very expensive brand is all I could find. Glad to find reliable old brand!

It tasted bad. It ruined my whole Pad Thai dish. Going to throw away the rest.
